Deliveries
After receiving the pre-order/order, an email will be sent to the customer informing them of the different steps before delivery. Orders are dispatched within a maximum of 30 working days (see pre-orders).
Deliveries are free for orders of a minimum of 80.00€, wherever we deliver. The price of orders under 80.00€ will be calculated upon confirmation of your purchase.
We deliver to the following countries either at home or via a pick-up point using Mondial Relay: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Germany.
Belgium, France: Expected delivery within 2 to 4 working days.
Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany: Expected delivery within 3 to 6 working days.
Please note that KAHU will not be held responsible for delays or other events beyond our control that may occur with the carrier.
Returns
We accept all returns within a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee a refund.
We accept returns and exchanges provided that the item is returned to us in a new, unwashed, unused condition, with no damage, and properly packaged in its original packaging or neutral packaging. The consumer is responsible for any depreciation of the products resulting from their handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
The consumer must return the product by a safe means of transport to ensure that the product arrives in good condition. We strongly recommend insuring your shipment as you are responsible for the condition of the items and will be held liable for any damage caused to the items until they reach us. In case of dispute, we also recommend keeping proof of shipment.
The return costs incurred will be reimbursed to you as long as the following two conditions are met:
- We receive your return package within 14 days of receiving your order
- You have ordered for a minimum of 80.00€ if you are in Belgium, 100.00€ in the rest of Europe
