  • What products can be customised? We offer a wide range of interior textile creations. This includes cushion covers, throws, benches, curtains, and even lighting fixtures. Let us know your needs, and we will work to fulfill them.
  • How can I personalise a creation? You can fill out the professional contact form. We will then discuss your needs and specifications in detail via email or phone. You will receive a quote by email along with payment details and an estimated delivery time for your order.

  • How long does it take to receive a custom creation? The timeframe will depend on the ongoing orders at the workshop, fabric orders, and the time of year. Generally, orders are dispatched within 30 business days

  • Can I cancel my custom order after payment? If the request is made within 48 hours after payment, a fee of 30% will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • Can I return or exchange a custom creation? Custom creations are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are designed according to your specific preferences and needs. However, we can provide alterations if needed, with an additional fee for the service.
