We offer Afropean and colorful inspired creations that you can personalize by choosing your preferred colors, textures, and patterns.
Our range includes a variety of creations, such as cushion covers, throws, tablecloths, napkins, kitchen linens, lamps, and soon even bedding, and more. All are meticulously handcrafted in Belgium with care and attention to detail.
We’ll work closely with you to understand your tastes, needs, and vision, in order to create custom-made creations that reflect your distinctiveness and unique personality.

- • What is customization of creations? Customization allows you to personalize creations according to your preferences/needs, such as size, color, and fabrics used.
- • What types of products can be customized? All creations available on the online shop can be customized.
- • How can I customize a creation? You can send me your request via email, describing your project (model, colors, size, etc.). We will then discuss your needs and specifications in detail via email or phone. You will receive an email with the payment details and an estimated delivery time for your order.
- • How long does it take to receive a personalised creation? The time will depend on the orders currently in progress at the workshop, fabric orders, and the time of year. Generally, orders are shipped within 30 business days.
- •Can I return or exchange a personalised creation? Personalised creations are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are designed according to your specific preferences.
- • How is the price for personalized creations determined? If it’s a customization based on a model from the online shop, you can find all the information in our pricing grid. If it’s a custom model, the price will be provided to you through a quote.
- • How can I pay for my personalized order? Once the order is confirmed after our discussions, a link will be sent to you for online payment or through PayPal if you prefer.
- • What payment methods are accepted: Bancontact, Paypal, credit card, Ideal, and Giropay.
- • Can I modify my custom order after placing it? If the request is made within 48 hours, it may be possible to change some details. If it’s a complete change of the order, additional fees might be applied.
- • Can I cancel my custom order after payment? If the request is made within 48 hours after payment, a fee of 30% will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
